Welcome

I started seriously running in 2010, challenging myself to longer distances than my 2 mile workouts. I found a lot of joy in it, and my body, mind and soul have benefited so much, I want to share that gift of running with you.

Making myself a priority and giving myself the gift of motion has enhanced all aspects of my life, and it will enhance yours too!
